  • As a user of Clinical TracTM, will I need special hardware or software?

    Clinical TracTM is a web-based application which runs in your browser. You can access your account on any platform and from any computer or other web-enabled device, such as a laptop or tablet.

  • Are there any limitations to the number of students, clinical sites, or preceptors we can add to Clinical TracTM?

    No. The number is limitless.

  • What are the payment options?

    Students can purchase through the college bookstore, college can be billed on behalf of the students or students can be directly billed from Clinical TracTM.

  • Is Clinical TracTM customizable for my college?

    Yes. You can use the forms that are already developed or you can provide us with your existing forms, which can be added to the system.

  • How long do we have access to the data?

    For the college access will never end. For the student, access will be allowed for up to two (2) years after graduation. Student access can be extended at an additional cost.

  • What is the cost?

    The cost is $250.00 per student for a full two-year clinical program. The college pays no additional cost (with more than 10 students), setup is free and begins immediately once the contract is signed.

  • Are there other options beside using Clinical TracTM for all clinical management?

    Yes. Clinical TracTM is modular, so colleges can choose to purchase separate modules for use of singular functions. Such options might include selecting just immunization tracking, accreditation surveying, and time tracking, to name a few.

  • Is it possible to try a Clinical TracTM demo?

    Definitely! We will give access to our sandbox and you can try Clinical TracTM for yourself. With administrator access, you will enjoy the ability to sign in as multiple users (Clinical Instructor, Preceptor and Student) to see how the system works from each vantage point.
