As a user of Clinical Trac, will I need special hardware or software?
Clinical Trac is a web-based application which runs in your browser. You can access your account on any platform and from any computer or other web-enabled device, such as a laptop or tablet.
Are there any limitations to the number of students, clinical sites, or preceptors we can add to Clinical Trac?
No. The number is limitless.
What are the payment options?
Students can purchase through the college bookstore or directly from the Clinical Trac website. Another option is for the college to pay for the cohort of students.
Is Clinical Trac customizable for my college?
Yes. You can use the forms that are already developed or you can provide us with your existing forms, which can be added to the system.
How long do we have access to the data?
For the college access will never end. For the student, access will be allowed for up to two (2) years after graduation. Student access can be extended at an additional cost.
What is the cost?
The cost is $150 per student for a full two-year clinical program. The college pays no additional cost. Setup is free and begins immediately once the contract is signed.
Are there other options beside using Clinical Trac for clinical management?
Yes. Clinical Trac is modular, so colleges can choose to purchase separate modules for use of singular functions. Such options might include selecting just immunization tracking, accreditation surveying, and time tracking, to name a few.
